Silent Auction Donations and Bone Marrow Registry

Rock Against Cancer is currently in the process of accepting donations for the 1st Annual Strike Out Childhood Cancer Night's silent auction. We'd like to extend our gratitude to the Cleveland Indians for their donation. Our PR & Marketing director, Ashley and our intern, Jordan, are soliciting other MLB and professional sports teams to get some great stuff for the auction. Even though the night with the Durham Bulls is an awareness night, we are really looking forward to raising money to help the kids in need.

We're also hoping to get some of the Bulls fans into the National Bone Marrow Registry. Becoming a member of the registry is as easy as a cheek swab and we hope that by educating some of the fans at the game about how they can help, we can expand the list of donors and maybe even save a few lives. We're looking forward to August 8 and we hope to see all of you there. It's shaping up to be a great night!
